Help To Grow: Up To £5,000 Discount On Accounting Software

The government's Help to Grow: Digital scheme – designed to support smaller businesses in adopting digital technologies – is now open for applications. The scheme will help small businesses meet the Making Tax Digital rules (currently only applicable for VAT registered businesses with a taxable turnover over £85k).
What is Help to Grow: Digital?
Help to Grow: Digital is a UK-wide government-backed scheme that aims to help you choose, buy and adopt digital technologies that will help you grow your business.
The Help to Grow: Digital scheme offers your business:
Free, impartial advice and guidance about what digital technology is best suited to your business and how it can boost your business’ performance
Targeted financial support, if your business is eligible, worth up to £5,000 towards the costs of buying approved digital technologies including accounting software.

Digital technology can help you:
organise your business activities more efficiently including automatically generating invoices and helping to track spend
improve your ability to reach new customers though data collection that helps you understand their wants and needs
make your work smarter and more flexible by using automation to reduce the time spent on admin, and storing information in one central, accessible location Currently three accounting software providers are signed up to the scheme – Sage, Intuit and E-crunch. The next phase of the programme will see the scheme extended to e-commerce software.
